In a lot of animal species, relationships are lifelong. For most of their history, humans had life long marriages in all corners of the world. Why are you calling it "a crazy concept "?

American* consumer. Around the world most popular models are smaller than the American ones. And those expectations are driven by marketing from those car companies to circumvent the safety/emission laws set up for cars in the us
Until your 5 years old manage to get his hand on your phone unsupervised at least
Nothing of importance as usual
Is this to be an asshole, or to avoid people reselling the car at x2 the price because of the lack of supply during the first year?
I hate Musk, but if this is intended to prevent price go urging, it might be a good thing (see nvidia scalpers)
Same reason why I refuse to use Edge. I don’t care if its the best browser in the world (which its not), the more you try to force me to use it, the less I’ll try it
Veneto is more like Texas tbh
Because if Google didn’t exists, another company would have done the exact same. So yes, I think its pretty accurate to blame the system that make this business plan the only one to succeed.
One man can only dream!
The governor and other state level politicians in Texas (in private) could not give a half fuck about federal election consequences. All they care about is state elections that keep them in power and milk those sweet benefits.
Basically all is fine, but Vortex etc might have some trouble. I was looking also about GOG (got some of my best games in there), but it seems that Wine is doing fine. CP2077 loses around 10% perf/5FPS, but is a price Im willing to pay just to shove it in the ass to microsoft
Steam workshop works even identical otherwise the game data paths are different
So if I understand this correctly:
The games files inside the game folder are the same, therefore when you apply/load a mod into the gamefolder it works the same correct?
If thats the case, this is the straw that makes me migrate to Linux. I currently have AMD CPU and GPU (because fuck nvidia, even if AMD is not that much better) and from my understanding they should have good drivers in Linux
Out of curiosity: can you mod the game in Linux?
If you played any d&d game (videogame or paper) is easier. If you played previous BG, it helps in some lore, but overall I think its quite easy to get in some more classic classes, like warrior, cleric, wizard or rogue
It is exactly what I except going forward because, as that moron mentioned this is a fucking AAA game, not a Indy game.
AAA games developers absolutely have those resources and even more, so yes, they should have all of that.
I think there is a thin line there, which has been crossed.
Talking about Reddit drama is fine. But when 90% of the posts here are all about Reddit (or Meta/Twitter vs Mastodon) it seems to me that people are just salty.
I came here because I gave up on Reddit, and I am looking for a reddit substitute. What I wish is to find here the content I would normally find there, so that I am not forced to move back to that wonderful website, sadly managed by shitlords (as the other 100% of profit driven websites. A lesson hard learned).
But if my feed is spammed by 90% stuff about Reddit and nothing else, that is not the way to growth or make people stick around.
So far the only complaints I have is the lack of population (my teams communities are so small there is no real conversation going on), and some delays in these days. But tbh, both are to be expected, so I dont mind them too much. Really rooting for the instances admins ramping up the servers, and for people to migrate here.
Functionality wise, I was a bit confused by the federatization concept but it is pretty similar to reddit so except for creating the account it is pretty good!
The main problem of linux is that 90% of the downloadable software out there is written for Windows. And so are 90% of the games.
So it depends on what you use your PC for.
Windows is not free software though, so it’s even worse
