It really has been a breath of fresh air. I rarely ever buy EA but I bought this one. Played 236 hours just in that and forced myself to stop because I wanted more. There’s no DLC, just cosmetic stuff, they’re out here doin it.
I can’t wait to get home and play for the first time in a while.

This is such a major issue. I genuinely wonder if we apartment and non-garage having individuals are going to be just shit out of luck for a long time. People normally don’t care about us at all.
I think you forgot that people have cell phones so those who were already couldn’t drive now can’t drive with a cell phone. And they’re driving giant cars. I need their car to scream at them because I can not.
I have been unlucky enough to drive behind a person on the way home for the past 3 days who does not look when she moves to another lane. She just moves. There has been a car directly to her left, and she just fuckin slides right on over.
These are the people I want cameras and sensors for. These people out here (America) in these giant ass cars feel so protected in them they just stop caring. If we can’t get them to stop being stupid I will have to depend on technology. I don’t want to depend on technology but here we are.

Notepad++ changed my life at work. I have my scripts posted in there for easy changing, I use it for regular notes, it’s just beautiful.
I bet you’d look good in a nice maxi dress. Just pick your colors or go all black. That goes with everything and maxi dresses look great with boots or just some flat shoes.
I am also down with guys wearing whatever they like and especially dresses and skirts. Men look so nice in skirts especially, it’s like their calves are built for it.

Its weird to me because it’s technically not yours and at any time the company could do a something that wipes it, asks for it back or does any number of things and you’d have to go through a lot to back up all your stuff. Or be out of luck if one day they decide to implement a policy that removes access to some app you like to use.
Not related to you in any way but I had this one lady who had a company phone and she went and got all these accessories and stuff and when we switched phones she was livid about all these things she bought. I felt bad for her but like…it’s not your phone lol.

I used to do tech support and a whole lot of people used their work devices as their own and I just do not understand why.
I would like to keep things as they are now and simply add a sign up button next to the instance in the search window. That way they all stay separate but it doesn’t take a lot of extra clicks to get signed up for everything. Or maybe we just have some site hosted by Lemmy devs that crawls for instances based on a keyword search that let’s you sign up from there.
Unless it is on an instance that has federated from the one you’re on, like Lemmy.world and Beehaw, you only need the one account. .
I feel the same, it’s like now after I eat I can kinda feel like there’s stuck food in there and it irks me until I remove it. It’s kinda gross now if I can’t remove it immediately.

Secondly, I recently started doing research about Electric Vehicles and made another account for reddit to ask questions. I…forgot how much of a difference it was between Reddit and Lemmy when it came to discussion. There’s so much aggression on Reddit it’s crazy.
I joined a few EV groups on Facebook for the first time in years and it was nasty there too, not to mention my feed was full of shit I didn’t even ask for.
