It depends what they’re on. On a tile floor yeah you’ll probably slip. On a sidewalk? Very unlikely unless it’s rotting and mushy
Mythbusters did that in an episode and concluded that banana peels aren’t actually slippery like they had been portrayed in cartoons. The only way they got the full comic effect of a slip was to use industrial amounts of artificial insemenation lubricant.
