The state of the glass is determined by its beginning state. If it was full and is now missing half, then it’s half empty. If it was empty and now it’s half full, then it’s half full. This can be a metaphor for life as well.
But the other half is now filled with air, so it’s still full of something.
That’s always my thought on the subject, the glass is completely full it’s just filled with different things
But which part of life contains life? The years you’ve got left to live or the years you’ve filled with life?
