I knew it! I thought it to be impossible that planes can fly that close with each other without affecting each other. The air pressure (or whatever) would be affecting the flight of another plane if they are too close with each other.

Buddha said, when you’re angry, count to ten. When you’re still angry, count another ten.
Seriously though, most of the time getting mad isn’t worth it. It makes you look bad, makes you inefficient and at the same time makes you and other people feel bad. It’s overall, if we are thinking logically, a negative condition/ situation to be in. Getting angry/ mad brings nothing to the table.
Try to think like this, every time you’re about to get mad: is getting mad brings anything? Would it change the situation? Can the things already happened be undone? Do I have other choices other than accepting it and fixing the situation? What should I do next? Once you can think like that, calmly, I am sure that you can stop getting mad.
The problem is, most of the time/ very often, you’re not even aware that you’re angry/ getting angry, and you let your emotions take control of you. That’s why you have to train yourself to be aware of your thoughts/ feelings most of the time, and in that way you can react accordingly, consciously, doing what would be your best action/ most logical action. Some people can achieve this through practicing meditation. I’m sure, once you are more aware on what and how you feel most of the time, you would be able to control your actions/ emotions much better.
That’s the real use of AI/ automation. So that people has more time to engage in more important things, like art and philosophy.
True. Lol. Offline single player RPG isnt an ongoing game.
Xenoblade Chronicles!
How about disco Elysium?
Broke my phone 2 days ago. Samsung S23 has a black Friday promotion on its official website, the 256gb model is cheaper priced than the 128gb model. I think it’s a good deal. Buy things you really need, and you might save some money. But of course don’t buy stuff you don’t need just for the sake of discount.
And they increased the fucking price for YouTube premium.
I live in Germany and the delivery cost here is max. 6€, usually 2-3€. Never found any delivery service more expensive than that. My bad…
15-20 USD for delivery service is really expensive man.
I’m scared to do torrent man. I didn’t care about it when I was in Indonesia. Now I live in Germany, and now I’m scared of doing it.
Yup. I think the “person” should be held accountable for their actions. The company would die, but the CEO would still get so much money out of this situation.
The problem is, I don’t think the CEO would be in anyway getting the consequences of their actions. Of the company is sinking, they will just “be fired” and get those extra money (like huge amount of money). The company will close and announce bankruptcy. The “person” isn’t punished.
It’s time we move away from capitalism. :( It was obvious years ago that it’s not a sustainable ideology in the long run…
Brain surgeon salary here isn’t that high. :D. Just the same salary like any other attending doctor. We have something called tariff here in Germany. And as long as someone’s paid according to the tariff there is no big discrepancy between specialists.
Dunno… I’m 35 now, and I work in Germany. I think I have to work for at least another 30 years. (-.-)
The surgery and patient contact (speaking hours, visits) are really rewarding like you’ve said. But almost 30 percent or more of yoIur time (it really depends how high is your position) you’re doing (not so rewarding) paperwork… I hate paperwork. :D. It’s a necessary evil, but I still hate it. I work in Germany and we have soooo many paperwork. Paperwork is the only work we can delay, so in the end of the long day (after 8-10 hours of “real” work), your exhausted body still have to finish the paperwork. I very often have to bring the work home because I just don’t have the energy left to finish it in my hospital. And working at home is not “counted” as working hour… If you don’t like the work, it’s really stupid to pick this line of work ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ.
I have heard that air traffic controller (the one in the tower, at least) works like pilot on the ground. Is that true? :D
As a neurosurgeon I work more than 90 percent of the time I spend in the hospital… I work about 50-60 hours per week.
The fuck that’s so bad. I pay 45€/m for Vodafone, unlimited with 400Mbps. For mobile I also have unlimited plans with about 100€/m (for both me and my wife, with a premium smartphone). Change your provider man.
This is Batman’s technology.
