Lazy people with tech salaries. I have a tech salary but I’m not lazy enough to enjoy spending 80 dollars on dinner for two that would cost 35 if I drove my damn self.

All my teacher friends wind up working 10 hour days on average.
They work during breaks.
They work during summer.
Good teachers don’t just show up for classroom time then disappear.
Teaching.
College degree mandatory, graduate degree preferred.
Yearly continuing education costs.
Out of pocket expenses for classroom materials.
Sometimes providing food for kids who don’t have it.
Famously low salaries and very long hours.
It’s so much worse when you lay it all out like that, haha.
Most people can’t afford new cars, let alone new cars priced way above average.

I also used to watch this guy very regularly but stopped when I found out he’s a political gun nut who open carries his AR-15 specifically to anger people and make them uncomfortable.
There’s a video of him inside a store with a rifle ranting about some poor politician and their effort to prevent gun violence. Easy to find if you search for it.
Unfortunately it’s pocket change for them.
Meaningless wager that despite not paying off still probably taught them an enormous amount about reddit and its users.
