No. That’s not a fix. You’re still focusing on this being American, while it is pretty universal.

Would you try to shine sneakers?
Shoe shiners:
This is not an American thing. People around the world are biased against immigrants.
It sounds like you just need to exfoliate when you bathe. You’re wiping soap on your skin (presumably), but you need a coarser texture to remove the dead skin cells which build up.
I, too, like to videograph from time to time.

It works well, most of the time. It does not work “phenomenally”.
There are active communities dedicated to Linux and Linux support. Those would be better venues for this question.
People do use decimals in Fahrenheit, mostly when talking about body temperature.
And 98 is not what’s considered normal, though it is within the normal range. Closer to 98.6 is normal.
Sure, but I never see people use two decimal points in real life when using Celsius to describe weather.
Nobody is telling people to have children…
Oh yes, they are. Maybe not in this thread, but in real life.
Tenths of a degree are more noticeable in Fahrenheit than in Celsius for the same reason.
Fahrenheit is superior to Celsius because it’s more specific and I will die on this hill. 71F feels different than 72F and yet they’re both 22C (for example).
Metric is better than imperial, though. Obviously.
This really does nail it. In the north, we do have the stereotype that black people like fried chicken. However, that is seen as neutral or positive. Fried chicken is delicious and black people tend to make great fried chicken. What’s not to like?
That’s very generous of you. In my experience, the perspective I replied to is the one that is most prevalent and you can’t mention being happy without kids without somebody chiming in to say or imply how happy you would be if you had them. It gets really old.
Troll bridge, bloody Lenin hands, naked bicycle parade Fremont.
Long live the Pacific Northwest.
If there’s one thing childfree people love, it’s how there is always a parent ready to reply about how rewarding kids are.
I’ve started building mine up again, too, because too often a movie I want to watch isn’t available to stream and purchasing a physical copy costs less than a digital copy.
