Okay, that hits harder for some reason. How invasive is “upgrading OS”? Is it just “sudo apt full-upgrade”?
I’m not a Mint user yet, which is why I’m interested in not requiring this model.

In many cases this is accurate. Programming alone doesn’t amount to engineering. Lotta low quality lines of code being churned out these days because standards have dropped.
I always open these threads to find out from the experts what they recommend to replace RPi as established, novice-level mini computers, but sadly I don’t see any here yet
