Sonarr and Radarr seem to be pretty simple “set it and forget it” apps, but Lidarr seems to be a bit of a pain in the ass. Does anyone have an good tips for working with it?

    I definitely struggle a lot with importing certain albums and matching releases. If the album is in another language then definitely forget about it. I’m not really sure what the deal is. It works maybe 95% of the time but that 5% is a colossal pain in the ass.

    movies and tv-shows have the most community support. it relies heavily on correct naming and tagging of torrents. this is still pretty shitty for things like music, books and sports

      not infrequently, it downloads an album, but will automatically assume it’s some obscure vinyl version rather than a CD version and end up renaming the files the wrong way or something like that
