I attempt to write a desktop env like xfce. I would like to discuss, if xfce could ditch GTK+ on wayland.
minus-squaremryessir@lemmy.sdf.orgOPlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·6 months agoI am not against GTK+. I love XFCE. My motivation is to implement my workflow in wayland from scratch so that I can reuse everything needed. Even though I am using okular and xfce and have all dependencies around I would like to keep it to my minimum.
Use LXQt or sway.
